The trick to getting stuck balls out is to first enter debug mode. At that point the “play/stop” button on the control panel will start and stop the ball carousel.
Empty the machine, make sure the wheels are not spinning (speed is set to zero on the control panel).
Advance the carousel until the “dispense gate” is out of the way.
Turn the machine upside down.
Advance the carousel again until the carousel lets the ball drop out.
Exit debug mode the same way you got in, or by cycling power.
If you have the 3mm hex key handy, it’s even easier to get the balls out if you remove the carousel, but please note the orientation mark on the carousel and shaft when you re-assemble it.
Of course balls shouldn’t be getting stuck inside the machine in the first place, so please let us know about the event at support@hydrogensports.com and we’ll help debug what caused it.
