The Apple phone and watch apps can be found on the App Store by searching for “Proton Control”. Similarly for the Android app, although there is no Android Wear app at this time.

The Apple Watch app comes with the iPhone app, but may not install on your watch automatically, depending on your Apple Watch preferences. If you don’t see it, go the the Watch app on your phone, and scroll to the bottom where you will find a list of available Watch apps.
