SHIPPING TIMELINE

NOTE: PROTONS PURCHASED AFTER SEPTEMBER 16TH WILL SHIP THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 7TH

Typically, Protons ship 3 to 4 days after an order has been placed. Our factory is closed on weekends. Thus, if an order is placed between Friday and Sunday, that order will ship on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

Depending on where you live (we ship from our factory in Santa Clara, California), UPS Ground shipping runs between 1 to 7 business days.

The app is in the App Store. It is titled Proton Control.

The Proton Control App is supported by iPhone 6s models and later.

Android App
The Android App can be found here.

Apple Watch
The Apple Watch app comes with the iPhone app, but may not install on your watch automatically, depending on your Apple Watch preferences.

If you don’t see it, go to the iWatch app on your iPhone and scroll to the bottom, where you will find a list of available iWatch apps.
